White River Regional Housing Authority (WRRHA) is a regional public housing authority that has managed subsidized properties over a ten county region since 1976. We have successfully operated millions of dollars of Section 8 housing vouchers, as well as other federal and state housing programs to create a more inclusive community for all.
Since 1976, we have successfully established places to live for thousands of qualified applicants through Section 8 Voucher opportunities and special housing programs.
Our staff maintains compliance with all applicable regulations and policies, and provide prudent property management services both physically and financially. We are proud to maintain an excellent reputation with HUD, USDA-Rural Development, and the ADFA.
