units featuring carpeting throughout except for kitchen and bath areas,
mini blinds, central heat & air, range and refrigerator, emergency
pull-cord switches in the bedroom and bathroom, and a lovely sitting
porch for visiting with neighbors or just enjoying a quiet afternoon.
Also, the apartments are wired for cable TV and telephone, which
are available at the renter’s expense.
There is a manager’s office on site along with a coin-operated
laundry facility and tenant mailboxes.
The beautifully landscaped grounds make these
attractive brick apartments seem to sit in the country, but they are
actually just a short distance away from the activity of town.
All apartments are on the ground level with sidewalks providing
easy access to all apartments, mailboxes, and the office and laundry
room. Lawn care and
maintenance are provided.

people 62 years or older or mobility impaired.
Rent is calculated based on income and all utilities are paid.
