Foxfire
Apartments are located at 11 Foxfire Circle in Ash Flat, Arkansas, just behind
the courthouse. Ash Flat is the county
seat of Sharp County, Arkansas. Within
one mile of the apartments are a Wal-Mart Supercenter, McDonalds, Pizza Hut,
service stations and convenience stores, hardware and building supply stores, a
bank, doctor’s office, two pharmacies, and many other types of businesses for
your convenience. A short drive north
of Ash Flat is Hardy, Arkansas with its quaint downtown full of antique stores
and great canoeing offered by the Spring River.

The
White River Medical Center North Complex is located just a few miles north of Ash Flat in
Cherokee Village and there are several physicians and pharmacies in the area.
Apartment Features
Foxfire
Apartments is a 21-unit complex designed for persons 62 or older, elderly,
disabled or handicapped. Within these
units are handicapped accessible apartments.
All apartments are one bedroom and designed for one or two persons.
All
apartments have a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bath. There is an outside storage closet on the
rear patio. All apartments are carpeted
throughout except for the kitchen and bathroom, which have vinyl floor
covering. Each unit has mini blinds,
central heat and air and an electric water heater. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, refrigerator, and
a sink with a garbage disposal. There
is a large closet in the hallway, a linen closet in the bathroom, and a large
double closet in the bedroom. Lawn care
and maintenance are provided. The
office building consists of the business office, a handicapped-accessible
restroom, a lounge/lobby area, and coin-operated laundry.
Rent
Rent
is based on income and water, sewer, and trash collection are included in the
rent.
